Registration for the 8th SOLLAB Doctoral-Colloquium and the 3rd SFERA Summer School is now open.

How to register?

Registration for the 8th SOLLAB Doctoral-Colloquium/3rd SFERA Summer School should be done through the online registration system available here.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment details, the 8th SOLLAB Doctoral- Colloquium/3rd SFERA Summer School will confirm your participation in the chosen activity/activities. You will receive a formal confirmation in due course by the SFERA Networking Secretariat at CIEMAT-PSA.

Registration fees

The registration fees will vary depending on the type of registration you choose and will always be for one person.

The registration fee includes depending on your date of arrival and departure:

With accommodation

  • Participation to the 8th DC
    • 23rd of June: Dinner and optional barbecue (beer, sangria and soft drinks inclusive)
    • 24th of June: Half board room
    • 25th of June: Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner
    • 26th of June: Coffee breaks, lunch and Gala Dinner
    • 27th of June: Visit to PSA facilities
  • Participation to the 3rd SFERA School
    • 27th of June: Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner + visit to PSA facilities
    • 28th of June: Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner

With no accommodation

  • Participation to the 8th DC
    • 23rd of June: Barbecue for the dinner (optional)
    • 24th of June:
    • 25th of June: Coffee breaks and lunch
    • 26th of June: Coffee breaks and lunch + Gala Dinner
    • 27th of June: Visit to PSA facilities
  • Participation to the 3rd SFERA School
    • 27th of June: Coffee breaks, lunch + Visit to PSA facilities
    • 28th of June: Coffee breaks and lunch

Admission to the 8th SOLLAB Doctoral-Colloquium/3rd SFERA Summer School is granted only if the SFERA Networking Secretariat at CIEMAT-PSA has received the registration fee and bank receipt by email to the following address:

Cancellation policy

In case you are unable to attend the 8th SOLLAB Doctoral-Colloquium/3rd SFERA Summer School the participant should provide a letter of cancellation by email before June 8, 2012

Refund registration fee

In case of cancellation before June 10, 2012, the overall costs will be refund
For cancellations between June 11 and 21, 2012, the first night will be charged
There will be no refund for cancellations after June 21, 2012

Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee
