Registration fees

The registration includes:

• If you participate in the 12th DC everything is supported by the SFERA-II European Program except for travel and accommodation.

  • 6th of June: Lunch and dinner + open-air activity

  • 7th of June: Lunch and social dinner

  • 8th of June: Lunch

• Participation in the 7th SFERA Summer School is free, although attendants should cover their own expenses (travel, accommodation and foods). Visit to PSA facilities on the 8th of June will be covered by the organisation.

Abstract

Abstract submission will be requested through the registration process. The recommended abstract length is half a page, the maximum length is one page including figures and references. Please submit the abstract as a Microsoft Word document via the registration website before 30th of April 2016.

Poster

There will not be any poster session but we offer the possibility of submitting some posters for open discussions during the coffee breaks. The number of posters will be limited to a total of 15. Please specify through the registration process if you so would like to come with a poster. A scientific committee formed by members of the SFERA-II project will decide which posters will be exhibited during the coffee breaks.

Open-air activity

The organisation stuff has prepared an open-air activity on the first day of the 12th DC. We will go together on a nice trip by kayak along the marvellous coast of Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata and we will also have the opportunity to enjoy a snorkel activity in one of its virgin beaches. The only requisite is to be able to swim and we also recommend bringing some sun cream with you.
